The Information Technology unit is located at 160 Pine Street,
Providence, RI 02903. Under the supervision of its Director of
MIS,
the Office of the Public Defender maintains a wide area network
connecting all its state offices and nearly 125 users to each
other,
as well as to the Judiciary and to the Department of Correction.
The Office maintains a central database of its clients and cases.
